Radio with iPOD Connection
The built in radio/iPOD connection was designed to be intuitive, with clear menus and easy access,
allowing flexibility in set-up to meet each customer's needs:
" Direct key-in of FM tuner station
" 20 FM tuner pre-sets stored in memory. Automatic seek and memorization of the 20 stations with the best reception in the area.
" Adjustable FM station seek sensitivity
" Adjustable audio levels: treble, bass and loudness
" Gradually lighting LED screen, multiple languages
" Clock/calendar
" Two functioning alarms: set to either music or beep
" Sleep function
" Auto-standby: ability to program the time the control unit will power on
All functions are controllable from the control unit and the remote control which is available as an accessory at a resonable additional cost.
Vent-Axia LuminAir
The revolutionary Vent-Axia LuminAir Safety Extra Low Voltage fan and light in a single ceiling mounted fitting. 
The IPX7 unit is installed directly over a shower in complete safety. Vent-Axia LuminAir extracts moisture and humidity at source, preventing damaging condensation from spreading.At the same time it bathes the shower enclosure in a rich soft light - bringing any dark shower to life. Ideal for all types of bathroom and shower applications, and is particularly suitable for bedsit and en-suite shower installations.
Designed for mounting in a wide variety of ceiling thicknesses. The safety isolating transformer to BS EN 60742 is mounted in a purpose made enclosure that can be wall mounted or sited in the loft, and is designed to accept mini trunking (LuminAir L transformer - IP20 - loft mounted).
LuminAir has a 20 Watt 40° spread, pre-formed Dichroic Multi-Mirror™ lamp, to give a pool of soft warm light. The lamp has a long life and is simple to change.
Underfloor Heating
This system has been designed using a 0.12", ultra-thin, dual-core heating element.
The small cross-section of our element allows it to be installed in a matter of hours without raising floor levels.
There is no need to dig up the floor and no need to mix concrete. Simply lay our heating element on the subfloor, tile over and say goodbye to cold feet for good! Can I use the Warmup undertile heating system as the sole heat source?
In certain circumstances it is possible to use the heaters as the sole heater in a room.
If your room is well insulated, and complies with modern insulation levels as set out in the current building regulations you can use Warmup Undertile Heating as the sole heat source.
If however your house is an older property with lower insulation levels, you are probably best to install an additional source of heat.
The only way to be completely sure if you need an additional heat source is to seek advice from an architect or HVAC specialist.
